The Associate Director People Services (ADPS) provides leadership and senior management to the People and Culture Business partners, workforce support teams and workforce relations team. The role is responsible for implementation of strategic workforce improvement programs including the delivery of the business partnering function areas across the District. The ADPS will ensure the delivery of high quality, responsive, best practice HR/IR services which enable and facilitate the achievement of the LHD business requirements.
