Haileybury is seeking an experienced, innovative, and empathetic Head of Senior School (City) to lead our senior students and staff with a firm commitment to academic excellence and character formation.

Main Duties:

  • Oversee the daily management of staff and students at the Senior School, ensuring high academic and pastoral standards.
  • Build strong community connections by organising events, conducting student interviews, and coordinating parent engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on academic programs, staff development, and student discipline, while addressing concerns with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain school protocols, including student attendance, uniform standards, and facilitating student transitions between campuses.
