The Manager Strategic Property & Commercial Activities is responsible for managing the Council’s property portfolio and leading commercial activities.

The position consolidates all property management matters including: acquisition development and disposal, leasing, maintenance and compliance as well as more effective planning and management of commercial, community and operational

The successful applicant will have high level skills and experience in property compliance, portfolio management, asset management, facility management and commercial development supported by an understanding of related legislation. Ability to strategically collaborate within the organisation as well as work with community groups and communicate well with community and councillors.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $156,828 gross per annum

  + 11.5% superannuation

  + performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary

  + annual award increase
