What We’re Looking For

•  Proven Leadership: Experience managing aged care or health services.
•  Strong Knowledge: Familiarity with Aged Care Standards, compliance, and funding (ACFI/AN-ACC).
•  People Skills: A collaborative leader who inspires and supports their team.
•  Qualifications: Relevant health, management, or business degree is highly regarded.
