Remuneration:  $137,173 per annum - $163,431 per annum + super and annual leave loading

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Manager Workforce Analytics and Reporting will be the subject manager expert in all matters related to workforce analytics and reporting for NSW Ambulance. The role is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of workforce data, providing actionable insights to ensure NSW Ambulance meets it workforce needs. The accuracy and timeliness of this information is critical to ensuring the provision of essential health services to the people of NSW.

The role is also responsible for reporting on the anticipated benefits of nominated workforce projects, programs, or initiatives. This includes the monitoring, measuring, and reporting of outcomes against the planned benefits.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:

  • Previous experience as a workforce analyst preferably in a similarly large and complex organisation (2-3 years)
  • The ability and curiosity to examine complex datasets, identify patterns, and forecast (short & long-term) workforce demand and FTE requirements
  • Previous experience using Oracle database is highly desirable, as is advanced capabilities in excel and SQL
  • The ability to collaborate to understand workforce challenges and priorities, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders
