As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sustainability to lead and shape our sustainability strategy, delivering meaningful and lasting impacts for stakeholders, the environment, and the communities we serve.

As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you will pioneer the development and execution of Tilt Renewables' sustainability strategy, playing a critical role in embedding sustainability practices across all aspects of development, delivery, operations and decision-making processes. Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Government and Sustainability, you will have the unique opportunity to engage directly with the Board, Safety and Sustainability Committee, and various stakeholders to drive innovation, thought leadership, and real value.

This is a hands-on role where you will identify innovative technologies and develop partnerships while aligning strategy with stakeholder and Board expectations. You will take a practical approach to sustainability by delivering measurable outcomes, including a significant project on biodiversity and achieving a Net Positive impact.

Your leadership will champion both environmental and social responsibility, deliver significant benefits to our stakeholders, while providing a platform to drive innovation and make a lasting impact through strategic vision, collaboration, and a commitment to sustainable growth.
