Director - Engagement and Partnerships

The Gordon is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director, Engagement and Partnerships to lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships that expand our reach, enhance reputation, and generate new commercial opportunities.

This role will be instrumental in forging strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, growing mutually beneficial partnerships, and securing resources that support The Gordon's strategic vision.

The Director, Engagement and Partnerships strategically leads a team that has a clear focus on the community, business & industry partners and furthering The Gordon’s strong brand for further success.

The portfolio, in addition to a commercial and business focus, also has the community front and centre through the provision of career services.
