In line with this bold plan, we are now seeking to appoint a Head of IT Delivery and Innovation to execute our Technology Strategic Plan whilst delivering on day-to-day operations. 

As Head of Delivery & Innovation, you have the opportunity to;

Immerse yourself in a role that taps into your knowledge and understanding of the ITIL framework and your experience in implementing ITSM best practices. As an integral part of our organisation, you will be the catalyst for delivery of efficiencies, compliance and innovations that propel us forward.

You will find yourself collaborating within a small but seasoned team, dedicated to delivering high value IT projects that support the organisations strategic needs. Your role will be pivotal in optimising processes and nurturing an environment that breathes continuous improvement through good governance. 

Your Path to Success:

• Relevant and recent experience in a similar strategic and operational leadership role. 
• A proven track record of delivering on IT Strategy.
• Familiarity with disruptive technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate, plan and prioritise key activities with a range of stakeholders.
• Well-developed reporting, analytical and tactical thinking skills. 
• A robust Risk and Compliance skillset.
• ITIL 4 Certification.
