The North Central Catchment Management Authority protects and enhances the integrity of our catchments, by working in partnership with communities to deliver enduring natural resource management outcomes. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable professional to lead our Community and Relationships team.

The Manager Community and Relationships will be instrumental in leading the CMAs approach to community and stakeholder engagement and will direct our community engagement programs in collaboration with their team.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Successful delivery of a large or complex community engagement programs.
  • Effective engagement and communication capabilities, with the ability to partner cooperatively with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to lead and develop a team of professionals.
  • Proven business acumen, including ability to develop funding bids and deliver on obligations.
