About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Organizational Development to drive the talent agenda across The Arnott's Group.
As a result of a recent of an internal promotion – this exciting opportunity is now available for the next leader who is wanting an opportunity to create impact across our people and capability platforms.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and part of the People and Culture Leadership Team, this role is responsible for the organisation wide direction in shaping and executing strategies within our Asia Pacific across the areas of Performance Management, Talent & Succession Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Listening
As a key player, you will:
- Lead the strategic direction and thought leadership on people development and capability agendas.
- Drive initiatives in leadership, learning and development, talent management, performance management, and employee listening to foster a high-performance culture.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, people leaders, and the People & Culture team across Australia, New Zealand, and our One Asia business.

What your days looks like:
- Providing specialist thought leadership in performance, leadership, learning and development, talent management, and employee listening.
- Driving initiatives to upskill leaders and employees, embedding leadership competencies at all levels, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Enhancing the learning ecosystem, including accountability for our SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
- Designing and implementing talent development initiatives to accelerate career growth.
- Managing the people performance cycle, embedding key processes around performance management, including goal setting, check-ins, and talent reviews.
- Leading with insights across performance, talent management, learning, and employee listening to inform decision-making and empower stakeholders.
The Ingredients for Success:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, with a proven record of accomplishment in large, complex organisations, preferably within the ANZ and Asia regions.
- Proven leadership in a large corporate setting, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Industry with expertise in managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior leaders to align organisational development strategies with business objectives.
- Digitally savvy with experience in leveraging technology platforms within the portfolio areas.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a record of accomplishment of enhancing processes and procedures.
- Forward thinking leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills and business acumen.
- Translating vision into actionable strategies, project plans to deliver impactful results with high energy and initiative, even though ambiguity.
- Strong capability in coaching and developing individuals to align with both their personal career growth and the organization’s goals.
