Reporting to the General Manager Asset Services, this role oversees the Asset Delivery and Care business unit, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of a large portfolio of asset investments (across design, delivery, maintenance and renewal) – at the right time, cost and quality – to ensure we meet our commitments to our customers, community and the natural environment. You will be responsible for leading a large multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the right long-term strategic project, program, and contract management settings are in place and that a high standard of operational delivery is maintained throughout the portfolio. To be successful in this role you will be a proven senior leader with significant experience in program management within an asset heavy environment such as utilities or Local Government.

You will have proven experience in maintaining a highly attuned, adaptive, and mature asset management delivery program, as well as excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. An engineering, environmental sciences or social sciences qualification will be highly regarded. Big budgets and complex projects get you excited, contractor management and staff leadership are enjoyable parts of your role, and you pride yourself on your strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex technical and operational challenges.
