What You’ll be doing:

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed team player with a strong work ethic to join the People & Business team and lead their commitment to service delivery excellence through effectual, consistent people and business management practices.  

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • The resilience to undertake a multi-faceted role that requires the ability to prioritise competing obligations in a time-poor environment.
  • Relevant experience in business-related activities including budget/finance analysis and audit functions.
  • Experience in recruitment activities and workforce planning.
  • Relevant experience in workplace conduct management, and staff performance appraisal/compliance.
  • High attention to detail with a very high standard of verbal and written communication and the ability to build trusted relationships.  
  • A sound knowledge of the NSW Public Sector employment standards, including relevant legislation and procedures
