Top executive leaves UBS Wealth with honeymoon barely over
Australia’s head of investments for UBS Wealth Management has left his new job, heading back Hong Kong after just six months at the post.
He follows a number of high-level officers to jump ship from UBS lately, including Wealth Management chief George Boubouras and Melbourne-based advisers Stephen Collins and Mason Allamby.
Former head of investments Benjamin Pedley came to Australia after a three year stint heading investment strategy for HSBC in Hong Kong, sources in a report today say he’s handed in his resignation and will return to Asia, likely due to family reasons.
