Swan Hill Rural City Council is recruiting a Chief Executive Officer following the resignation of Dennis Hovenden in October last year to take up the position of CEO of Frankston Council.

 

David Leahy, who joined Swan Hill Rural City Council as the Director of Intrastructure in 2009, has been acting CEO since Mr Hovenden’s departure.
