New CEO for Macmahon as Bowen tenders resignation
Mining company Macmahon has announced that Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Nick Bowen has resigned from the company, effective immediately.
Chairman Ken Scott-Mackenzie thanked Mr Bowen for his twelve years of leadership of the company.
"During Nick’s time as CEO, Macmahon grew to be a much bigger, more diversified, financially stronger and a safer company," Mr Scott-Mackenzie said.
The board has announced Ross Carroll has been appointed as the company’s new CEO and Managing Director, having served in the roles of Chief Financial Officer before his promotion to Chief Operating Officer – Mining last year.
