Minerals and resources explorer Magnetic Resources has announced the appointment of Gavin Fletcher as the company’s new Executive Director, and Ben Donovan as the new company secretary, with immediate effect.

A metallurgist with 16 years experience in the Australian, African and European mining sector, Mr Fletcher has held senior positions in a number of large iron ore companies.

Mr Donovan is a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia and provides corporate advisory, IPO and consultancy services to a number of companies, and is currently a Director and Company Secretary of several ASX listed and public unlisted companies.

The current company secretary Mr Rudolf Tieleman will resign, with the Board paying tribute to his service to the company/
