About the opportunity

Come join one of the fastest growing health, safety and environment teams in Australia. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our high performing team based in Sydney.

As one of our Health, Safety and Environment Leaders, you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team that work across a range of industries, assisting organisations to transform how they approach HSE.

About you

With a speciality in Health and Safety, you will have experience in:   

• Developing and/or implementing health and safety strategy and initiatives
• Undertaking safety culture assessments/ change management
• Leading audits and assessments
• Developing new products and services
• Planning and executing on multiple engagements and coordinating appropriate resources
• Stakeholder engagement with multiple clients
• Leading project teams
• Providing coaching and  mentoring junior team members and direct reports

Opportunities are available for professionals with experience ranging from 6 – 10 years. Experience in professional services/consulting industry is essential. Engineering, health sciences or safety science environment, safety culture and site experience is highly regarded. You have a strong understanding of the industry, demonstrate outstanding project and time management skills and have a strong sense of business acumen.

RABQSA auditor or Cert IV qualifications will be highly regarded.
